What is the typical lead time for custom ironwork orders?
Since each piece is handcrafted by our artisans, custom orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and our current workshop schedule.
How do you calculate shipping costs for heavy iron products?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and your delivery location. Large or oversized items may require freight shipping, which will be quoted at checkout.
Are your iron products treated for outdoor use?
Yes, all our outdoor products are finished with a weather-resistant powder coating or specialized sealant to prevent rust and corrosion, ensuring durability in all climates.
Do you accept returns on custom-made items?
We cannot accept returns on custom-made or bespoke items once production has begun. However, if a product arrives damaged or does not match the approved specifications, we will provide a repair or replacement.
Can I request a custom finish or color for my order?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of finishes including matte black, oil-rubbed bronze, and natural wax. Please contact our design team for specific color matching or custom patina requests.
